My wife and I have been to TJSH on three previous occasions and have always enjoyed the food and experience. However, we just finished dining there tonight and were extremely disappointed in the lack of service (it took nearly 1 hour for our chef to arrive; we had reservations). The chef was lethargic, and somewhat grumpy. The server was non-attentive and unconcerned with our requests to speed the process up. The guests sitting across from us were equally disappointed. The food, as always was good.
