The great thing about Elaine's is not the food it's Elaine. Granted if you know what to eat you will enjoy it. But it's when the Low Key attmosphere that you share with the people that surround you becomes part of your life. Then You've experienced Elaine's. But you've got to earn that trust. For Elaine's is not for the poperazzi. It's more of a club where the who's who can go and enjoy but at a look of trouble will be escorted out. And just because your a who's who dosen't mean you're getting in. Because The Grand Damme holds court there very seriously. And if you get to the point where you can say `I know Elaine` Then you will understand `Uniqueness`.
