Unbelievable we had a very similiar experience. We ordered food to be delivered and since I am a vegeterian I asked to make sure the pot stickers did not have meat in them. They assured me they did not. Lo and behold when they arrived they had pork in it. I called and the manager argued with me for 15 minutes that he personally watched them make it, he said I was lying there was no pork in there. He was mean, nasty and irresonsible as a store manager. All I wanted was for them to take a measily $4.00 off the bill. Then, unbelievably he sent back the delivery person with potstickers (raw) which they also had pork in them. We drove to the place to confront the evil manager and the place miraciously closed down. Never has this ever happened to me before. Do not go there!!!- Is follow up to post by almilaguvenc ...
We had quite a bad experience. One of the sushi pieces we ordered did not arrive but was on the bill. When I mentioned this, the woman at the register discussed it with the cook and insisted that it was on our table, that I was lying. I was so surprised and frustrated. I do not care about the price, but they were extremely rude, to accuse me of not telling the truth. Oh, and the sushi was terrible, not fresh at all... Don't go there!
