This restaurant strives to be a power spot like Smith and Wollensky or Capital Grill but is clearly overreaching (except for its prices). Attended with my wife. Ordered tenderloin and Mahi Mahi special. One glass of wine, two appetizers and dessert. Price 125.00.
We arrived at 6:00 on a Saturday, and found it noisy. It got even louder 20 minutes later. Tables are close together. There are high back boths would probably be quieter. The service was decent. Food arrived at the table hot.
The appetizers were decent. Presentation of the plates was very nice.
The tenderloin was ordered medium rare but came out of the kitchen raw and was sent back. The mahi mahi was broiled not grilled and not very tasty. The cut of steak was not what I would expect for a 40 dollar entree.
The desert was creme brulee. It was lacking taste and probably had been in the refrigerator too long.
