After reading the reviews, I prepared myself for a long dining experience at the supposedly best rated place to get Sushi in Atlanta. I was not in the least dissapointed. We arrived at 8:30 and our reservations were at 9:00 and got a table immediately. Although we wanted to sit at the sushi bar, we were still pleased we got to sit down rather quickly. We ordered a bottle of wine and placed the food order. We were also told that it may take a while. We ordered a dinner from the daily menu which arrived rather quickly ({20 min) from what we were expecting. It was one of the best dishes I have ever tasted. Shortly after that, our first Sushi roll came out and it was amazing. We ordered 4 different sushi rolls which came out to us after the preceding plate was finished. This was one of the best sushi experiences that I have ver had. We went in with the mindset that we could not be in a hurry, we did not have anything to do afterward, and just enjoy the whole dining experience. Chef Soto and the staff did not dissapoint.
