You get what you want. These are the words that I came up with after visiting the Three Flames restaurant in Westchester, CA. This little known place offer excellent lunch and dinners that complies with a health watcher's and, simultaneousl, the all-you-can eat person. Literally the 11.95 plate offers all you can eat mongolian food. This truly exceptional whole in the wall ranks amongst the tops with other similar restaurant. Great service combined with great food at reasonable prices gives this restaurant an A
