Ate at this restaurant last night and found a cigarette butt in my to go box of beef chow fun. Went back to the restaurant and wanted a full refund for my dinner and he offered me $6. I was insulted and mentioned that I was not going to call the Health Department. I wanted to cause no trouble. Just a full refund of $36.75 for the dinner. He laughed and said he couldn't do it. Long story short, I called the cops, got my refund and am calling the health department. Restaurant located acrossfrom Glen Park Bart Station. BEWARE!!!
