Visited for the Holidays to check in on the progress if it had improved. Resturant half empty and the service was very slow if not being ignored. Tried the 3 combo plate. Tempura, thumbs down not sure what they are using. Teriyaki was cold, but the sashimi was good and fresh, no ginger served. I'll try the shusi next time. On a side note, a table of four within ear shot asked every employee approaching their table if they were Japanese, all responded NO!- Is follow up to post by svfxc ...
Not the great sushi resturant it once was ... previous owner sold and retired to Japan over a year ago. New owner lost most of service staff and sushi chiefs. Gave it a spell to recover and show what it could serve. Service is lacking if not plain poor with a forget you are there attitude, and food is marginal at this time. -- 12/26/2005 1:17:17 AM
