As one would expect from its Union Wharf location, Sapporo's sushi is extremely fresh. A little light on the wasabi, but that was easily remedied. The udon (w/ shrimp tempura) is very authentic, the teriyaki moist, however the sukiyaki was a tad overcooked on the one occasion we tried it. Altogether, so far the best sushi we've eaten in Portland.
