I have been a happy, long time customer of Maurizio's until recently. I had made a reservation for my boyfriend and I to attend a Wine Dinner, and unfortunately had to cancel the day of due to an unforeseen event. I called to apologize for the cancellation and spoke to a VERY unprofessional employee who told me it was `unacceptable` and that I had bad ettiquette. She also told me that she should have taken my credit card number and then maybe I would have reconsidered. I have NEVER been spoken to by any member of customer service in such a rude manner! Instead of being gracious enough to accept my apology for a one time event, they have permanently lost two, otherwise satisfied customers.
