Do they use a BBQ at all? The best BBQ places actaully use a wood burning BBQ to smoke/cook the meat. Not here. Tastes like is done in an oven or microwave. I like a BBQ joint where you can smell the wood burning even before you enter the restaurant. I have tried Hog Heaven twice and found it marginal both times. Small portions and the pork was dryer than....well you know the expression. I drive back to Jacksonville twice a month to get the real deal at Cattleman's on Atlantic. You can smell the word burning, and can see the open pit when you get inside and the best *darn pork you'll find. Moist, moist and true BBQ. (edited)
