	I just had a wonderful dish at Max's. Salmon on quinoa with root vegetables and asparagus. Better than anything I've had recently at home in the Bay Area. The service was wonderful. However, the place was so loud we couldn't carry on a conversation. By the time I finished my entree I was eager to leave and grab coffee elsewhere.
