I was able to visit Acropolis for my friend's birthday. Armed with friends and family, we found the restaurant atmosphere laid back and very friendly - the giggles of the two little girls with us (ages 5 & 8) were not frowned upon by other patrons, but it seemed a big family atmophere, with many smiles from other customers. The salads are all wonderful, and you must try the cheeses when you are there. I think we tasted off of other's plates to enjoy the full range of greek flavors! They know how to present their fare, and we had a wonderful time. The belly dancers were beautiful and talented women and were an added bonus to the atmosphere. We even entertained the idea of taking lessons from one of the gals - and they do offer lessons! My husband and I are going there next weekend for our two year anniversary. It is a place to visit more than once.
