Best Chinese food in a city full of good Chinese restaurants. I was amazed at the detail and attention of the wait staff, who performed everything from warming up my tea at just the right time to preparing my dish for me beside the table. The chinois chicken salad is a great appetizer for two; split the `phoenix and dragon` and the mui shui vegetables for a perfect dinner.
