Wow...I just had to respond. Several meals there and nothing but spectacular food. I first went as a confirmed carnivore and it showed me that eating without meat could be excellent, interesting, tasty beyond what I had imagined. A watse of time. The only real vegetarian food is Indian. Americans should stick to eating meat like most normal people, and leave the vegetarian cooking to the people who know it best.
