	I am an active member of Chowhound.com. Thus, I am planning my next food experience immediately after eating. Given that, Le Gourmand is one of Seattle's culinary highlights. The food is consistent to the quality I experienced in Paris (while the staff is much friendlier). For fine dining, I highly recommend Le Gourmand and their team.
