Herbsaint is a dining experience that you must return to again and again. In a city of over the top food presentations, Herbsaint is just perfectly simple. Great ingredients, thoughtful combinations and warm, knowledgable wait staff. (the rabbit/parpadelle dish is worth the trip) I have been to New Orleans more times than I can remember, my son goes to Loyola NO and every year,including his one,we chose to eat at Herbsaint as a send-off. We ate there on August 26, 2005 and had a terrific evening. We look forward to the next time, so very soon, we will be back. Our thoughts are with our New Orleans friends.
