I recently had lunch with a group of six at Fisherman's Restaurant and I left wearing food. Not even my food. Returning from the restroom, I noticed that the busboy was just finishing clearing the table. I sat down, noticed ketchup on my hand, then noticed ketchup all down the sleeve of my long sleeve white tshirt. I then found ketchup and food had been spilled, by the busperson, on my jacket & chair, also the floor. I had no ketchup with my meal. I then attempted to address my problem with the manager, was told by Rico that he was sorry. He did not ask where I was sitting, who was my server or any other question. No offer to clean my shirt or even comp me with a free packet of ketchup. Just that he was sorry. Visiting Seattle and staying in a hotel miles away, I had to endure the stickiness and embarrassment of having red ketchup all over an otherwise clean white long sleeve tshirt. Another review of this restaurant I read stated that `Tourist restaurants have no incentive to cater to their customers or worry about repeat business`. Except for this former customer. Fisherman's Restaurant has not heard the last of me...
