i lived in elpaso from 97-99 before relocating to Phx (big Mistake) I liked the Casa Jurado that was on Doniphan. My friends told me that it is now closed!!! It was definitely family run, which I like. The salsa had a kick to it. The Tex-Mex is alot better than the wet newspaper they call Mexican food here in Phx.
