I was extremely disappointed in Bacchus. I called to reserve a table for two for my anniversary and requested an upstairs table. The hostess was extremely rude and begrudgingly agreed to specify an upstairs table. When I called to confirm the night of my anniversary I was told that the upstairs dining area was open but was refused a table in that area. The hostess was rude and unprofessional and Angelo was `too busy to come to the phone.` I will never eat at Bacchus and would discourage anyone else fromd doing the same. This is the exact opposite of a fine dining establishment.
