The food is outstanding, the service attentive, and the ambiance very enjoyable. We have eaten at Michelin-starred restaurants throughout France and find the food preparation and presentation at Chapeau to be of comparable quality. Don't expect to be in and out quickly; be prepared to eat at a French pace. The owners are particularly welcoming, helpful, and sincerely delighted that you have chosen to spend the evening with them.
