My parents and relatives gathered at the Blue Parrot in the 1950s and 60s, bringing their children with them. The spaghetti and meatballs are beyond compare. I've looked everywhere in the U.S. for a comparable dish, to no avail. The Blue Parrot in Louisville is the best kept secret in the country.
