I ordered the Catfish stuffed with blackened crawfish. Didn't know what to expect, but since visiting Chicago for week, I was going to try something different every night. I ate supposedly famous Chicago pizza, ribs, hot dogs, Italian and cajaun. From what I sampled, Redfish Catfish stuffed with blackened crawfish was the best. It had a great southern taste, with just the right spices. Not too spicy yet gets the taste buds going. Try the Blue Moon beer with a slice of orange. Perrrrfect! JRH
