I used to love Louise's - the food was always consistently good. I hadn't been there for a few years so last night when a friend invited me to dinner I suggested Louise's on Melrose. What a disappointing experience. The service was awful, the food was tepid, no refills on their fairly pricey ice tea. A call for an outdoor heater took about half an hour before anyone responded. I was really surprised. I wonder if their head office (if indeed they have one) realizes how inferior this place is.
