A group of 9 of us went to Zocalo on a Friday night, and we were seated pretty promptly for such a large group... it was all downhill from there. The rude waiter stared at me in astonishment when I asked if I could have salt on my (overpriced) margarita, then grudgingly nodded his head. We never asked him for anything other than giving him our food order, and he actually threw up his hands when we were trying to figure out the bill and walked away in a huff. The $15 I spent on my entree of 6 shrimp and a small cup of pinto beans was ridiculous, and it was so loud in there you could hardly think. Overall, it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. Overpriced, overhyped, tasteless food with horrible service. At least the company was good....
