If you want to experience true Japanese style food and atmosphere, you must go to Ginza. I was very surprised when I walked into the restaurant, because it is exactly like those restaurants in Japan! Food and service is execellent and I was amazed how fresh their sushi is. (Maybe one of the most fresh one you can find in Chicago area) Now, I go there every other days for lunch and to experience true Japanese food and people! You will love it
