I am a single person, and frequently dine out alone. I have on three occasions watched groups and couples being seated ahead of me even though I had arrived first! On two other occasions, I was left standing at the 'Please wait to be seated' sign while being ignored by passing waitresses and managers. On one occasion, the restaurant had a large banner hung out front advertising 'Prime Rib $7.95', when I tried to order this, I was told they 'were out', with no apology. The only time I've been given decent service there was after complaining about the bad sevice. As a result of my experiences at this restaurant, I have avoided eating there for several months now. Problems at a restaurant can be traced directly to it's management, and the management here just doesn't seem to care about treating people decently.
