I ran into Chef Hector at the Minneapolis Home and Garden Show. He was demonstrating the Holland Grills and passing out samples of his Trocitos. It was excellent. After the Home Show I went to elmeson and had the full meal of Torcitos. (chicken breast w/ grilled vegetables, caribbean slaw and avocado sauce) The portion was generous, the food was excellent and the price was right. The atmosphere is good, the service is good. Hector came out and visited with me for a moment, avery nice gentlman. elmeson is my new favorite place to eat in the Twin Cities.
