I am thoroughly unimpressed with their main course selections. You can really get better, more authentic Chinese food atmost restaurants in the International District 5 minutes drive away for half..or even a third of the price. Their seafood flat noodles is really a bland, tasteless version of delicious chow fun that taste better if you get it from Sea Garden or Jade Garden at the ID. Same goes for the steam fish. As for potstickers, they do it more authentic and just as tasty at Shanghai Garden, also in the ID. There is no reason to go to Wild Ginger for this type of food if when you got the ID so close by, unless you want to be able to walk to the Symphony show afterwards, or you like to see and be seen in the trendy atmostphere. For the food, I'll take the places in the ID. And I never go to Wild Ginger unless it's a corporate lunch or dinner. When I want to shell out that amount for a meal, I don't want to do it while thinking I could get better for a lot less from the International District.
