Johann50 is a moron. First of all, this food is great. Secondly, `real vegetarian food` is a subjective term, and the racist overtones of this post are problematic to say the least. A watse of time. The only real vegetarian food is Indian. Americans should stick to eating meat like most normal people, and leave the vegetarian cooking to the people who know it best.
