WOW! I'd never order a gift certificate from Shaan. They completely messed up my parent's birthday presents. I ordered a gift certificate from them more than a month ago and they still haven't delivered it to them! I called two weeks ago and they said they'd `take care of it.` Well, the $54 on my credit card says otherwise. They charged me 4 bucks for PRIORITY MAIL when they didn't even send the thing. So, I called last week and the bookkeeper told me he'd refund my money. It didn't happen. I've gotten the run- around from everyone there. Such poor management and such poor customer relations. Go to Shaan, sure, but caution...they are theives.
