	I've been eating at Gyuhama at least monthly since moving to the area back in '97. The sushi is nearly always excellent; fresh, great texture, and service. In the dozens of times I've eaten there with friends I can recall only a single visit when the fish wasn't outstanding. The portion sizes are generous-check out the sashimi dinner for a full meal.
