This is the most over-rated restaurant I have ever visited. Usually restaurants have either good food or good drinks. This place has neither. Enchiladas seem to be in a ketchup sauce. The best item on the menu is a flat taco with cheese on it; very original. Any chain restaurant will serve you a better margarita. The hype on Joe-T's is simply the ambiance of eating outside in a garden or next to the swimming pool. If this is the atmosphere you are looking for stop at any restaurant (even fast food) for pickup and eat it at the Botannical Gardens on University.
