Mrs. K's Toll House is one of the best restaurants in Silver Spring and one of the most historic in the D.C. Metro Area. It's classy, cozy, and very comfortable with plenty of windows. For between $25 to 35, you receive a delicious salad, appetizer, main entree, and dessert - all of very high quality. Very satisfying.
