	I've always passed this restaurant while on my way to Blue Water Grill, my favorite restaurant, but finally got the opportunity to dine at USC recently. I went on a Friday night. The food was perfect and the service was exquisite. Our server heard us discussing hot chocolate before dessert and she gave us a complimentary one when she brought our baked alaska. I will definitely go back again.
