	I got on this web-site because I am looking for the recipe for the vinaigrette Benji uses for tongue, salad and tomatoes. We live 40 miles from Bakersfield, but it is worth the drive to eat at Benjis. Anytime, we entertain out of town guests, we find our way to Benjis.
