horrible food. horrible service. We went to this restaurant because it was my grandma's birthday, she liked the restaurant and wanted to go again. It first started when they screwed up our reservations and made them for a week earlier then I had asked. When we walked in the ambiance was nothing like I had read about for kids but pretty none the less. We sat down and 30 mins later our waiter came over to serve us. I had NEVER in my life had such rude service! He was rude to a few people and cut people off. When you tried to order he would tell you very rudely to hold on and ask someone else their order. I understand that dealing with 16 people can be hard but we were quiet and very calm through out the whole meal, including my 3 yr old twins. When we FINALLY got our food there were many problems. The steak was like shoe leather, the baked potatoes were either OVER cooked or under cooked. A few of the biscuits were ROCK hard, my boyfriend nearly broke his tooth on one. For $16 you got 6 prawns. My mom ordered GRILLED halibut and got backed halibut that tasted like cod. When I had made the reservations they said that with a party of 13 they would add a gratuity to the checks.... no big deal until we realized the waiter (who gave us horrible service) gave himself 18-22% tip.
