For many years,whenever we come to visit my sisters, we eat at your restaurant. It is one of my husbands favorite spots. Your London Broil is marvelous as is your cream of crab soup. On one occassion I ordered shrimp scampi and it was dreadful. They came grilled on a skewer atop very dry rice instead of sauteed in garlic butter sauce. When I questioned the waitress she told me its the way they always make them----NOT! Because I was with a table of family and friends, I didn't argue about it. My sister's scallops Anastasia weren't the usual tasty dish she was accustomed to, either. A bad night for the Chef, perhaps?
