First of all... I would NEVER use your review of ANY place in the world, and I probably speak for a LOT of people on this website because you are a CHEF!!! And probably not a very good one either, as I know from owning one of St. Louis' finer dining establishments, there is somewhat of an `unwritten code` among chefs everywhere that even IF you have somewhat of a not so pleasurable dining experience, kind of `roll with the punches`,as in this business there are ALWAYS other factors to consider when having a GOOD or bad dining experience in ANY restaurant!! You sound to me like a pompous A--hole who had nothing better to do than to rip into one of New Orleans' better dining establishments for whatever reason (as I'm sure your reasons was quite PETTY) I also noticed that you made it a point to make it be known that you are a `certified` executive chef.....whoop ti do!!! All that means to me is that you are another ARROGANT A--hole who thinks the world should eat everything that you define as GOOD. Give me a break....when you get tired of tooting your own horn `CERTIFIED`, why don't you let us know where you are a chef, so we may sample some of YOUR cuisine, so that we may see if you are qualified to make the kind of evaluation of any fine ding restaurant.... and trust me I can eat ANYWHERE in the WORLD (and have by the way).

See you later `certified`...LOL!!

The most overated food in the culinary world! I had a 5 course tasting menu...I sent back everything to the kitchen...foie gras was not cleaned properly and tasted like acid reflux, the $ 30.00 filet was a # 2 grade that was not tender. Never waste your money there...Jeffrey Harriman, Certified Executive Chef -- 6/4/2001 1:42:59 PM
