	We have been dining at the Palm Court for 20 years! It is THE place to celebrate special events. The food is `classic continental` and the addition of smoked salmon in recent years capped a menu that includes the best Dover Sole this side of The Straits themselves! The wine list is excellent and the staff is extraordinary. Walt Gasparovic
