Don't eat at Mediterraneo! My boyfriend & I chose to spend our first New Years eve at this restaurant. BIG mistake. This is a place who wants the customers and turn over tables but not concerned if you are happy or if you come back. I had an awful experience that pretty much ruined this special, what was supposed to be romantic, evening. I accidentally pointed to the wrong entree on the menu. When something different came out, I asked the waiter what happened. He told me this is what I ordered. The manager came over and simply said, `What do you want us to do?` I was then told by the manager that it would take an additional 45 minutes to order what I thought I ordered, giving me the impression that I was a huge inconcenience. Meanwhile, the table next to me, who was extremely unhappy with their evening there, told me they ordered the dish and it came out within 10 minutes. So, basically they lied and stuck me with a 35.00 entree that they knew I was unhappy with. My boyfriend ordered the filet, which would have been great, if it was even lukewarm. We had sent it back, and it came back, minutes later at the exact same temperature, minus a fork. We waited for what seemed like eternity for our waiter so we could get a fork. My boyfriend ended up eating his filet with a tiny seafood fork. Knowing how unhappy we were the manager did nothing to help us with an enormous bill, and we were never offered coffee or dessert. The couple next to us got their entrees within 10 minutes of arrival and their appetizers never made it out. They left unhappy, we left unhappy and the restaurant didn't seem to care. I wouldn't return if they paid me! Same yourself the trip. Casserinos is 10 times better food & service, in addition to the 100 others on the street.
