	If you sit on the left side of the Sushi Bar as you walk into that area, you will see that the sushi rice bucket is next to the sink. I have seen the sushi guy rinse his dirty counter rag in that sink and watched the dirty water dripping from those rags go right into the sushi rice cooker/bucket. Why would they put the rice cooker/bucket next to the sink? THAT IS SICK!
