Minar is clearly the best Indian in Philly, a town with at least several other very good, and much more expensive, Indian places. And, overall, is probably the best Indian food I have ever had (have been to many Indian places in Philly, NYC and Boston). In terms of value, Minar is probably the best of any restaurant I have ever been to in my life. Wonderful food for ridiculously cheap prices! Whenever we go we always laugh about how cheap it is for such good food!
