The spaghetti factory has always been good. Everything (including the bill!) always tastes good. I've never had a bad experience at one- even though they're highly trafficked, and sometimes poorly staffed. I've eaten at this location three times. Twice the service was great, once it wasn't. If you've never been- give it a try; it's definitely worth it.
