I personally think it's best when the server is able to speak spanish. It gives the perception that the server is from Spain and therefore this must be authentic Spanish Cusine. Any other `ethnic` restaurants I've been to that friends have taken me to show me their traditional foods they have been able to order in Korean, Tagalo, Hindi, or Mandarin.- Is follow up to post by aeisner007 ...
It is most definitely a Spanish atmosphere and all the waiters spoke spanish (however, since this is America, that shouldn't have bothered the writer, should it?) -- 2/9/2003 2:22:11 PM
