Today is November 1st, Monday. As a customer for over 5years to this resturant I was very dissapointed. Usually the atmosphere is pleasant, courtesy, and well lighted. This was hardly the case. The enviroment was cold, silent, and not well lighted around the counter. (Can't read the newspaper) The food was cold (frenchtoast) and the portions were altered compared to the past times I have ordered this dish. The service was subpar, and not memorable. I thought this was my favorite resturant to entertain my clients and friends. Today, I will have to reconsider bringing them here, especially in the mornings. My feedback to the management would be : 1) Train your employees to say `Goodmorning` especially if its one of the first human interaction a person has for that day. (its sets the tone) 2) Bring back the well lit counter for those who just want a quiet time to have breakfast 3) Revive the French toast dish the way it used to be with strawberries, blueberries, and bannanas. If you continue to conserve on natural energy, and food products , I will not be the only customer you will lose. Carlos is probably the only employee that `cares' about service.
