The Saturday evening buffet for $9.95 is the best value in the Hudson Valley. The abundance of shrimp in lobster sauce or black bean sauce, the terriakki steak on a stick, the barbecued spare ribs, the fried dumplings, the sesame chicken, * bad teal and eat schrimp, a really great egg drop soup, sweet and sour pork or chicken, the list goes on.
