I ate at the famous Palm last evening and was sorely disappointed. The service was terrible, starting with the hostess, who is very rude. It was 15 minutes before we saw our waiter, and 30 before we had our first drink. We had even asked the manager if we could get a round of waters after we had been there for 10 minutes, but we never did. The prime rib came out cold, and one of our party's filet mignon came out medium well, instead of medium rare. This was my first, and last dining experience at the Palm.
