	Complaining about cost is pointless when dealing with a restaurant like Charlie Trotter's. Walk in the door and throw yourself into the experience. CT has refined modern cooking to an incredible art in a relaxed setting with a gracious, humorous, and surprisingly young, hip serving staff.
