My wife and I visit Red Lobster quite often not only in Roanoke, but also in the Virginia Beach area. We have always enjoyed our dinners and the service has been great each time we have gone. However, there is one thing that concerns me.Whenever we visit Red Lobster, I always take the time to fill out the questionnaire/comment sheet that is left on the table. In my comments, I always tell how much we enjoyed our dinner and that the only the thing that could have made the stay better was if Red Lobster offered us a free dinner for our continued patronage. I was wondering if that would ever be possible. We do enjoy your food and service an we will contiue to visit even if we don't get a complimentary meal. But it sure would make us feel more welcome and part of the Red Lobster family if we received a complimentary meal.We hope you will at least consider this.Sincerely,Bill and Maria Whitaker
